The location of the hotel is fantastic along Gran Via.

The lack of an elevator made accessing the first floor incredibly inconvenient, especially with heavy luggage. Furthermore, the hotel appeared outdated, and the staff did not display the level of hospitality I expected. The breakfast choices were quite limited and left much to be desired.

The kitchenette was super handy, but the stairs were a real hassle with luggage.

It would have been ideal if there were an elevator for easier access.
