The room was massive with a kitchenette, perfect for making coffee or snacks after a long day. I loved relaxing in the spacious bathroom and the comfy bed was a highlight too! Just a heads up, you need to navigate some stairs to get to the rooms, but it's totally worth it. 😊

The location of the hotel is fantastic along Gran Via.
The lack of an elevator made accessing the first floor incredibly inconvenient, especially with heavy luggage. Furthermore, the hotel appeared outdated, and the staff did not display the level of hospitality I expected. The breakfast choices were quite limited and left much to be desired.

Unexpected charms on Gran Via
The location was incredible—just a short walk to Plaza de Espana. My room had stunning views and was very spacious, complete with a handy kitchenette for light meals.
Be prepared for stairs. There's no elevator to the reception, making it a hassle with heavy luggage, particularly for those with mobility issues.

Location was convenient, allowing easy access to attractions like the Royal Palace. The staff were incredibly attentive, especially during breakfast where a variety of options kept things interesting. The room was spacious and very comfortable, but be aware of the stairs if you have heavy luggage. Noise from the street could be a concern at times, as the windows did little to muffle it. It would have been ideal if there were an elevator for easier access.

The location is a standout, just steps from vibrant attractions and convenient transport. Rooms are spacious with helpful kitchenettes, perfect for preparing snacks. However, beware of outdated furnishings—issues like stains on carpets and sofas detract from the experience. Street noise can be a concern despite the double-paned windows.
